We had to return a bed at Better bedding because it was defective. The customer service was amazingly rude and scary. After we posted a complaint here a rep from Sleepy's reached out to us and provided the best customer service...ever. Chandra was amazing, friendly and took the time to listen to the nightmare with Teresa. Thank you Chandra... you should run the company.. you rock and saved Better Beddings but.

By the way... I am still waiting for Teresa's supervisor to call me back... it's been over a month.....
