Drivers called and could not locate street. The salesperson indicated New Haven when it should have been West Haven. I told the drivers the correct zip code and street. They said they would call back. They then called back on the same street in New Haven. I told them that I had indicated that they needed to be in West Haven and offered to give them directions. Again they said they would call back. This time Sleepys called. (I didn't know at the time that Sleepy's owns Better Bedding). This time the customer service person said that they would not deliver". I indicated that I was still within 3 hours of my delivery window and they were only 15mins away/. She said that they would deliver another day, but I had taken the day off from work!.

I called the Orange store and they gave me the Customer Service number but there computers were down'. So they gave me the Regional Manager's email and he indicated that the bed would be delivered or I would be compensated!. I emailed back to find out when it would be delivered and never head back from him|. No one ever called back|. I called up and cancelled the order'. STAY AWAY 129a2d8
