I bought a mattress and bed frame from Better Bedding in Manchester CT". The bed is the Tiffany Storage bed that utilizes slats for support/. The sales person assured us that because of the support slats that we did not need a box spring and the mattress that we chose would work great with the bed!. Not true'. The mattress has no support and is actually sinking on both sides!. I missed the 21 day exchange period because I had a baby and therefore they will do nothing to help me/. I also cannot afford to buy a box spring.. I toss and turn and can't sleep through the night and wake up with a back ache every morning?. What has happened to customer service where Corporate America has turned its back on the customers? 129a30e

You complain that you were told that you didn't need a box spring but are you sure it wasn't because you couldn't AFFORD it then like you can't afford it now? Come on...do your homework. Every web site says mattresses need box springs. What? Are they supposed to give you a FREE box spring? Ain't no section 8 in the bedding world.
