I am sick & tired of seeing the Better Bedding comercials stating how wonderful there customer service is.....because it's not! I purchased a $3,000.00 mattress and box spring from Better Bedding less than 2 years ago. The entire mattress has broken down and collapsed". There customer service dept/. came out and agreed the mattress was defective!. I contacted the Better Bedding store to discuss the defective mattress and there comment to me was, "we do not carry that mattress any longer, it is out of our hands, call the mattress company"'.

Not satisfied with that answer, I called Tom Wholley(Vice President) to express my dissatisfaction with the response I got from the store;. To my amazement, I got the same type of response from him'. He told me, "There is nothing he could or would do for me, deal with the mattress company"|.

I am very unhappy with the customer service at Better Bedding and do not recommend doing business with them:. I do plan on posting this on every website I can think of and contacting channel 3 On Your Side. 129a78e
