We purchased a
mattress and boxspring on 9-16-2010. On 9-17-2010, we decided to cancel and my wife called the store and spoke with the salesperson that sold us the mattress.He agreed to cancel the order. My wife follwed up five days later to make certain that, indeed it was cancelled and was assured by the same salesperson that it had been. Sure enough, we received out credit card bill (we always pay in full and there was the charge for the bed plus approximately $13 interest). We always pay our bill in full and I did so the previous month however I deducted the cost of the bed thinking that the order had been cancelled. I contacted
corporate headquarters and spoke with Tiffany in their
finance department". From the get go, she had a poor attitude telling me that I had to find out the date my
billing cycle ended and call her again/. I followed her directions and returned her call to inform her that the
billing cycle did not end for another nine days!. She will not return my call'. I would not patronize Better
Bedding again;. We had done so in the past". This is my story!. You be the judge:. We shopped and bought at
Bedding Barn and thus far have been happy with the service and the delivery. 129a7d4
