We had to return a bed at Better bedding because it was defective. The customer service was amazingly rude and scary. After we posted a complaint here a rep from Sleepy's reached out to us and provided the best customer service...ever. Chandra was amazing, friendly and took the time to listen to the nightmare with Teresa. Thank you Chandra... you should run the company.. you rock and saved Better Beddings but.

By the way... I am still waiting for Teresa's supervisor to call me back... it's been over a month.....

Sold me a defective bed and when they said that they would credit the entire bed then they said that they wouldnt credit for the box spring because there was nothing wrong with it. OK... I get it.. then I find a bed that I want and they tell me that they won't offer the sale price of the bed and that I would have my credit of 66.6 percent of the bed but that I have to pay the non sale price.. The person, Terresa, well, lets put it this way.... she has been mistreated, why else would anyone be so nasty... good luck with the boyfriend thing..... 129a87c
